Since the 12/17/2003 Progress Report, the roadway crews have continued their work. Thanks to Jan and Scott, the plywood subroadbed and risers have been installed from the north end of Covington, Va. into the south end of the Connellsville, Pa. and Winchester, Va. staging yard. In doing so, a major milepost has been achieved--the plywood subroadbed and risers have been completed for the entire CSXT Shenandoah Division mainline!
